Marqus Holden is the founder of The Coverage Academy (TCA) and a seasoned school leader with over 18 years of experience in education and administration across Washington, D.C. Known for his passion for developing people and systems that change lives, Marqus created TCA to extend that same impact beyond the classroom—teaching families how to build financial stability, protection, and generational wealth through financial literacy and life insurance. His mission is to empower communities to take control of their financial future with the same purpose, structure, and excellence he’s brought to his career as an educator and leader.
